Welcome to the Dog Training Ireland website. We are a Canine Training and Behaviour company. Our mission at Dog Training Ireland is to help dogs live in our human world through better communication and understanding. This in turn will bring harmony and happiness to the home for everyone involved.

To help us do this, we:
  • Help owners train and manage their dogs so they are happy and socially well adjusted dogs
  • Provide an understanding to owners as to why dogs do what they do and in turn help them to combat problems
  • Recommend and use motivational and reward based training and behaviour modification methods
  • Promote Responsible Dog Ownership
  • Provide a top class professional service to our clients
All of these things help to reduce the number of dogs abandoned and surrendered into pounds, due to lack of knowledge and training on the part of dog owners.

You can use the orange buttons at the top of this page to find out more about what we do, visit our shop, and use our online booking system to book onto our classes, workshops and seminars.

You can also browse the various areas below, for latest news, interesting articles and doggie videos!

doggie of the week
Every week the DTI Daycare staff discuss the dogs and decide on the dog of the week. The dog of the week is chosen based criteria such as new exercises learnt, good behaviour etc.
Dog of the week - Gus

This week's Daycare Dog of the Week is Gus the Spinone. Gus started out nervous of other dogs when he began coming to Daycare. Now he loves to play with all the dogs and is very happy and confident. Well done Gus!!
