hi ya i hav a 1 and 12 yr old staff whom is a family dog and was brought up well and is loveable,and well looked after,the other day my family and i were out cleaning the backyard, my dogs were playing away, my nephew and his friend came in to help,the dogs were still playing away. the boy started teasing my dog andjumping up and down, my dog tought he was playing, i told the boy twice to stop but both times would not listen , we all said it to him dont tease the dog her shell bite you,the dog jumped up and scraped the boy, i told my dog no, and slapped her and she went to the end of the garden sulking,i asked the boy was he ok ,and will i put a plaster on him, he said no, and went home crying,a few minutes later the dog warden was at my door with the guards, telling me he took pictures of the childs wound, he entered my house and i showed him my dog, he asked had i a license, i didnt at the time, he cautioned me , i said you cant do that, by the control of dog act i have ten days to produce a license for her,he told me if i came near the place i would be areested, i have a dog license since the day after the incident, he wont give me back my dog and i know all the rights i have can you help he said to me the dog is dangerous, does he not by law have to witness the dog been agggresive,and if the mother knew my dog was agggresive, why did she let the boy into my house,why does all my neighbours bring there babys and kids into my house cause my dog is not aggresive
